Responsibility:
  • Lead the design journey for user-centered health tech applications, from discovery to production, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and continuously improve user experiences.

  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs that are functional, user-friendly, and aligned with UI/UX best practices.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design solutions into product development.

  • Mentor junior and mid-level designers, fostering their growth and maintaining high design standards within the team.

  • Advocate for the user’s voice, using data-driven insights to guide design decisions and present solutions effectively to stakeholders.

  • Stay informed about industry trends to bring fresh perspectives and innovation to the team.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Design, human-computer interaction, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)

  • 5-7 years in product or UX/UI design, with health tech industry experience preferred.

  • Expertise in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).

  • Strong grasp of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.

  • Exceptional skills in crafting compelling, functional, and user-friendly interfaces.

  • Proven ability to create measurable and impactful user experiences.

  • Exceptional collaboration, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments and adept at handling multiple priorities.

  • Passion for creating positive user experiences and improving healthcare outcomes


Nice-to-have:


  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for prototyping.

  • Background in healthcare or knowledge of healthcare systems and processes.

  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and design thinking.
