Responsibilities:
Manage a software engineering team that builds, designs, implements, and maintains software applications.
Set goals, strategies, budgets, and oversee deployment of large-scale projects across multiple sites.
Set clear expectations with individuals based on their level and role and aligned to the broader organization's goals. Meet regularly with individuals to discuss performance and development and provide feedback and coaching.
Manage multiple project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
Help to build culture and cultivate innovation in Senestia.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or relevant field.
5 years of experience with software development, and with data structures/algorithms.
More than 1 year of experience leading small to medium-sized teams of software engineers in software projects.
Experience designing software architecture and developing distributed systems design.
