Responsibilities:

Architect, design, and develop high-quality, scalable, and resilient software systems that align with our business objectives and technical strategy.
Serve as a technical leader and mentor to other engineers, sharing knowledge, guiding project development, and promoting engineering best practices.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and operations, to ensure successful project outcomes.
Lead the evaluation and adoption of new technologies, tools, and frameworks to drive continuous improvement in our software development processes.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high standards of code quality and maintainability.
Participate in strategic planning sessions, contributing technical insights and recommendations to guide company technology decisions.
Advocate for and implement improvements in our software engineering lifecycle, including automation, CI/CD, testing, and security practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the reliability and performance of our software systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or relevant field.
3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, and/or cross-business projects.
Experience architecting and developing distributed systems design.
Proficiency with front-end languages, and libraries, e.g., JavaScript, React, Flutter, Next.js
Proficiency with back-end language, libraries, e.g., Golang, Node.js
Excellent knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, e.g., PostgreSQL
Proficient in the Thai language for effective communication and collaboration.
