As the Senior Project Manager at Senestia, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex projects that drive the development and enhancement of our health technology products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Design, Engineering, and Product Management, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your role will be crucial in coordinating efforts, managing risks, and ensuring successful product launches that align with the company's strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, milestones, timelines, and resource allocation. Lead the execution of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and project goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Product Designers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address issues that may impact project timelines, quality, or scope.
- Resource Management: Coordinate with team leads and managers to allocate resources effectively, ensuring that project teams are equipped to meet objectives.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project status, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior leadership. Facilitate meetings, status reviews, and post-project evaluations.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the product development lifecycle.
- Budget Management: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
- Agile Methodology: Lead projects using Agile methodologies, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure a flexible and adaptive project environment.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, to gather feedback, align on priorities, and ensure that project outcomes meet or exceed expectations.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, status reports, and post-project analyses.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. PMP, Scrum Master, or other project management certifications are highly preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a senior project management role. Experience in the software industry, healthcare technology is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Healthcare Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, including familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, healthcare regulations, and compliance requirements.
