Develops and researches HR strategies and policies to ensure alignment with the organization’s culture and goals.
Lead activities to maintain a healthy and productive work environment, such as; coaching and development planning, investigating and resolving employee relations issues, compensation planning, hiring and retention of employees.
Prepare a workforce/manpower strategy as a strong foundation for recruitment, develop succession plans, and ensure adequate planning and successful implementation.
Execute performance management activities and provide feedback on performance improvements opportunities.
Consults with management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals by providing HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development.
Oversee the work of the HRBP team and ensures compliance with the goals and outcomes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Social Science or related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in a HR related role (HRBP / HR generalist / HRM or others) in the software development industry.
Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment in the software development industry.
Familiar with HR related software (HRIS, ATS, Payroll etc.).
