HR Manager

  • Develops and researches HR strategies and policies to ensure alignment with the organization’s culture and goals.
  • Lead activities to maintain a healthy and productive work environment, such as; coaching and development planning, investigating and resolving employee relations issues, compensation planning, hiring and retention of employees.
  • Prepare a workforce/manpower strategy as a strong foundation for recruitment, develop succession plans, and ensure adequate planning and successful implementation.
  • Execute performance management activities and provide feedback on performance improvements opportunities.
  • Consults with management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
  • Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals by providing HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development.
  • Oversee the work of the HRBP team and ensures compliance with the goals and outcomes.

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Social Science or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a HR related role (HRBP / HR generalist / HRM or others) in the software development industry.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment in the software development industry.
  • Familiar with HR related software (HRIS, ATS, Payroll etc.).
