Responsibilities:
Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy.
Communicate with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.
Write and post job descriptions on job boards, social media and any other relevant channels.
Source, Screen applicants for competency with the job requirements.
Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions) to filter candidates within schedule.
Present the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.
Arrange telephone, video, or in-person interviews with the interviewer.
Perform background and reference checks.
Offer job positions and complete the relevant paperwork.
Keep track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
Manage internship programs.
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to stakeholders.
Forecasting recruitment budgets.
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources Management, IT or relevant degree.
Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter).
4+ years IT or Tech recruitment experience in a 360 agency role.
Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc).
Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to source quality candidates.
A good understanding of technology and technical skills.
Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
