Objectives of this Role:
  • Screen and interview candidates to ensure you put forward the best quality candidates to the team.
  • Keep up-to-date with latest industry trends to ensure candidates can be evaluated against industry standard assessments.
  • Network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand and ensure we attract the best professionals.
  • Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy.
  • Communicate with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.
  • Write and post job descriptions on job boards, social media and any other relevant channels.
  • Source, Screen applicants for competency with the job requirements.
  • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions) to filter candidates within schedule.
  • Present the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.
  • Arrange telephone, video, or in-person interviews with the interviewer.
  • Perform background and reference checks.
  • Offer job positions and complete the relevant paperwork.
  • Keep track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
  • Manage internship programs.
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to stakeholders.
  • Forecasting recruitment budgets.
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
  • Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources Management, IT or relevant degree.
  • Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter).
  • 4+ years IT or Tech recruitment experience in a 360 agency role.
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc).
  • Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to source quality candidates.
  • A good understanding of technology and technical skills.
  • Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
  • Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
